Edward Eisenhard, 38, faces new criminal charges in Bucks County after police allege he sexually assaulted three women, including one child under the age of 12. The suspect was arrested on October 1 and remains in custody after failing to post bail. District Attorney Joe Khan stated on Tuesday that investigators strongly believe there are additional victims and is asking the public to come forward.
According to a criminal complaint, the first alleged assault occurred on September 25 at Valley of Fear, a haunted hayride attraction in Feasterville. Eisenhard was working a break at the facility when the incident took place. The complaint states that he approached an employee working alone, grabbed her tightly by the throat until she struggled to breathe, and pinned her wrists against a wall. Prosecutors say he made sexual comments and indecently assaulted her over her clothing. Valley of Fear terminated his employment the following day.
Two days after the hayride incident, on September 27, Eisenhard allegedly assaulted the same victim at a Five Below store in Hilltown Township, where he also worked. The victim told investigators that Eisenhard, who was her supervisor, restrained and sexually assaulted her while she cleaned the store's back stockroom. Prior to these workplace incidents, detectives say he repeatedly abused and sexually assaulted a child under 12 at a home in Springfield Township.
Detectives from the Bucks County District Attorney's Office uncovered further allegations of similar behavior at both of Eisenhard's workplaces. Khan described Eisenhard as a "highly dangerous recidivistic sex offender" and a "real monster" during a news conference. The prosecutor's office is reviewing the case and has upgraded Eisenhard's charges. The district attorney has requested that he be held without bail.
Valley of Fear and Five Below have been contacted for comment regarding the allegations. Eisenhard is currently held in the Bucks County jail pending his next court appearance.
